An easy and healthy addition to most dishes; this seed mix is low cholesterol, high in protein and omega 3 fatty acids.  You can pretty much make it up how you like. In the above photo there is:

  • Chopped Mixed Nuts
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Chia Seeds
  • Poppy seeds
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Flaked almond
  • Oat Bran

I later found some flaked almonds and desiccated coconut in my cupboard and added that too. This is delicious added as a topping to porridge and mixed in a salad. More recently I sprinkled onto to pre-bake vegan banana bread with some brown sugar. The light toasted-ness of the pumpkin seeds and flaked almond added to its yumminess.
